1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Navigate to “Order History” and select the relevant order
- Complete the online return form and print your prepaid label
3. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- We recommend using trackable shipping methods
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive return
- Sale items may only qualify for store credit
5. Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return original item following standard process
- Place new order for correct size at jeffstaplepigeon.com
6. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a flawed item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange free return and replacement/refund
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Personalized/custom products
- Underwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
8. International Returns
For orders outside your country:
- Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Mark package as “Returned Goods”
- Refund excludes original international shipping costs
